Founded during the early stages of the pandemic, Jon Chef Catering emerged as a beacon of hope after Chef Jon’s challenging journey of losing three jobs and his restaurant takeaway in Southbank, Brisbane. Taking a leap of faith, Chef Jon established Jon Chef Catering in June 2020 with a private backyard birthday party, and the rest is history.

Joined by Chef Gian, an experienced culinary expert with a background in Italy, the dynamic duo set out to build their dream catering company, which led to the creation of a gourmet food truck project that traversed the roads of Brisbane.

With a combined experience of over 37 years in the industry, Chef Jon and Chef Gian bring their passion and expertise to every event they cater. From high-end restaurants and hotels to authentic Neapolitan pizza, their diverse backgrounds result in a menu that caters to all tastes and expectations.

Jon Chef Catering has since become a well-known brand in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, gracing thousands of events with their exceptional culinary creations.
