Founded during the early stages of the pandemic, Chef Jon Catering emerged as a beacon of hope after Chef Jon’s challenging journey of losing three jobs and his restaurant takeaway in Southbank, Brisbane. Taking a leap of faith, Chef Jon established Chef Jon Catering in June 2020 with a private backyard birthday party, and the rest is history.
With a passion for excellence and a commitment to quality, Chef Jon and his team set out to build a catering company that delivers exceptional culinary experiences. Their efforts led to the creation of a gourmet food truck project that traverses the roads of Brisbane, bringing gourmet cuisine to diverse events.
With over 37 years of combined experience in the industry, Chef Jon and his team bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to every event they cater.
